These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by JT Engraving (“JT Engraving,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our site (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

JT Engraving agrees to provide services according to the terms of the signed agreement. JT Engraving shall provide the client with services as detailed in signed agreement. If the agreement is not signed payment of deposit shall constitute acceptance of these terms and disclosures. Email, text, or voicemail acceptance is also accepted. JT Engraving shall give the client estimated delivery of the project and will update client of progress in a reasonable time frame. 50% payment for deposit for all services shall be payable at the time of agreement. The client will not be on the schedule until the deposit is made. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due no later than 14 days after project completion. Clients failure to pay final invoice within 21 days from the date of the invoice. It shall be a breach of contract, and JT Engraving shall peruse payment by any and all other avenues. JT Engraving retains all possession of designs, images and any artistic creations.
The client will have appropriate time to plan, communicate and visit about the project and JT Engraving will assume materials, time and all costs will be included in consolation. JT Engraving does not provide any firearms. The client will provide the firearm for engraving. It is possible that JT Engraving can resource parts that do not need a FFL background check.
